James J. Bianco Jr.
Attorney
Attorney James Bianco has been working in
the adoption arena for almost 30 years.
After law school, Jim was counsel to the
Department of Health and Human Services. In
that role, he co-authored the New Hampshire
adoption law. In 1981, Jim founded Bianco
Professional Association and began the
firm's nationwide adoption practice. He has
since become one of the premier adoption
attorneys in New Hampshire.
Over the years, Jim has been involved in
hundreds of adoptions and has represented
both birth parents and adoptive parents. Jim
has devoted some of his practice to
understanding the intricacies of adoption law and
regulations, and parlaying this knowledge
into effective and comprehensive advice for
his clients.
Jim earned his Bachelor's Degree in
Political Science from the University of New
Hampshire and his Juris Doctorate from
Suffolk University Law School. He has served
as an adjunct professor at Franklin Pierce
Law Center and Notre Dame College. |

Kristine A. Pries
Adoption Specialist
Kristine Pries is an Adoption Specialist
with the New Hampshire Adoption Help Center
and Bianco Professional Association. She
works with both adoptive parents and birth
parents to assure a safe and secure adoption.
Kristine has been working with birth parents
for several years, helping to guide them through the
adoption process. She assists birth parents
in finding prenatal care, choosing an
adoptive family and making sure the
birth parents have the financial assistance
necessary. Kristine is able to put our birth
mothers at ease by talking with them about
the process and letting them know what to
expect next.
Kristine assists our adoptive parents with
the adoption process. She helps our families
create their profiles, talks with them about
birth mother opportunities and works with
them to find an appropriate situation.
Kristine understands the anxiety that
adoptive parents have regarding adoption and
works diligently to alleviate that stress by
explaining the process every step of the
way.
Kristine received her Bachelor's Degree from
Keene State College. Prior to joining Bianco
Professional Association, Kristine's
background was in education. She taught
preschool and kindergarten for several years
before serving as the director of Children's
World Learning Center and as the principal of
Meritor Academy. |

Lisa M. Bianco
Adoption Specialist
Lisa Bianco is an Adoption Specialist
with the New Hampshire Adoption Help Center
and Bianco Professional Association.
She works with both adoptive
parents and birth parents to create
an adoption experience that is focused on
fulfilling their expectations and meeting
the needs of their families.
Lisa confidentially assists birth parents
through every step of the adoption process.
She is an advocate for birth parents, ensuring that
their needs are met and that they find the
best possible adoptive family for their
children. She will assist them in arranging
counseling, prenatal care and other
services they may need at no cost to them.
Lisa will make sure that as birth parents,
you receive the emotional support and
financial assistance that you need to make
this decision.
Lisa provides adoptive parents with an
opportunity to fulfill their dreams of
adopting a healthy newborn child and start
the family that they have only dreamed
about. She is there through every step of
the adoption process, providing guidance and
assistance in creating their profile,
getting medical records and background
information on potential birth parents and
choosing opportunities. She will advocate
for the adoptive parent from the initial
contact with them through the finalization
of the adoption.
Lisa diligently pursues adoption matches
for our adoptive parents and birth parents.
She cares about them and provides them with
the individualized service that each and
every one deserves. |

Kelly L. Smith
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Adoption Consultant
Kelly Smith has worked with families for
more than 20 years. She has a private
practice specializing in adoption,
attachment and loss in Concord, New
Hampshire and works as a consultant for the
New Hampshire Adoption Help Center and
Bianco Professional Association. Kelly's expertise
includes counseling and developing positive
relationships between birth and adoptive
parents.
Kelly has served on several committees which
contributed to amendments to the New Hampshire
Adoption Law. She works collaboratively with
various agencies to develop curriculum for
courses teaching foster and adoptive parents
about issues related to adoption. Kelly
facilitated the development of a required course
that is necessary for all parents pursuing
private adoption in New Hampshire. She
teaches this course monthly and is
passionate about helping prospective
families move forward with adoption with an
increased understanding of the needs of
adoptive children.
Kelly has a breadth of experience that brings
passion, honor, and respect to all
individuals involved with adoption. Her work
gives her a unique blend of experience that
allows her to assist adoptive parents,
children and birth families.
Kelly received her Masters of Social Work
from the University of Kentucky and is a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State
of New Hampshire. |
